Learn how to arrange flowers on your cake.   Several designs will be presented. 

You will need to bring:   sugar flowers or royal icing flowers of your choice.   An 8″ round single layer cake on a cake circle.

This gelatin dessert is well-known in Mexico.

This class is an introduction to cake decorating and will provide a foundation for all the Wilton Method Courses.  You will learn how to make buttercream icing and ice a cake. Many decorating techniques will be taught in class including the dot, star,drop flowers, rosette, shell, Pompom flower, leaves, Shaggy Mum and a Ribbon Rose.

You will learn how to cut and mold cookie dough in the first session.  The second session you will learn decorating techniques for your choice of cookie shapes.  You will also learn how to assemble your cookies in an arrangement.

In Flower and Cake Design you will learn the essentials for flower making.  You will work with fondant and gum paste to make Pansies and Button flowers with textured imprints.  You will learn how to make royal icing and pipe flowers.  Flowers include the Wilton Rose, Apple Blossom, Primrose, Rosebud, Daffodil, Lilies and Violet.
